Christmas children’s mini sessions.

The days for the Christmas Mini sessions are October 27th and 28th 2023

We have just added November 25th 2023.

Session fee must be paid in full and non refundable.

If you need to cancel your shoot you are permitted to sell on your place to someone else. Please notify our studio of the change of name.

In the unlikely event of New Generation Portraits Ltd cancelling your shoot due to illness, isolation or injury, you will be offered the reserve date of

4th November 2023 in reserve for the 27th October 2023.

5th November 2023 in reserve for the 28th October 2023.

3rd December 2023 in reserve for the 25th November 2023.


In the very unlikely event of New Generation Portraits Ltd cancelling the reserve shoot dates you have been given due to illness, isolation or injury you can request a refund of the session fee paid.

New Generation Portraits Ltd shall not be held responsible for loss of data (due to forces beyond her control) ,costs, damages, claims and other liabilities which arise as a result of any delay or any non delivery, or missed delivery due to circumstances beyond her or any of her products suppliers reasonable control. (including ,but not limited to illness, fire, injury, power cut, power outage, lightning, explosion, disorder,flood, Industrial dispute, sabotage and weather conditions).

You are not allowed to take photographs in the studio by any means. We adhere strictly to this and if we see you taking your own photographs we will terminate the shoot.

All products ordered must be paid for in advance. Orders are final and can not be changed at a later date. Your order is a service to your personal specifications. This product could not be sold onto another customer if you changed your mind. As such you are committing to buy the ordered products. You do not have the right to a cooling off period.

Digital files once they have left the building on a usb, disc or downloaded you can not change your mind on the image.

Photographic labs are used to print our images, producing as accurate results as possible. Colours, saturation contrast etc may differ from labs, printing equipment and what you view from computer screen to another screen. New Generation Portraits Ltd can not be held responsible for this.

Time scale for production are an estimate only. We will do our best to meet your dead line. We can not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to photographic suppliers, printers, labs turn around, postal strike, force mayeure or delays which are out of our control. your digitals are downloaded your choice is final.

Clients are not permitted to sell on the images for loss or gain.

The client is permitted to print for personal use only from the usb/email download. Further usage must be negotiated with New Generation Portraits Ltd. Copying a print without our permission is against the law and will be dealt with accordingly.

You confirm that you are the parent of the children. A child who is being photographed must be accompanied by a parent/carer. If you are bringing along someone elses child, you will need a permission slip or you will need to state you are responsible for that child. If you or your baby/child has any medical condition please let us know before the shoot starts.

The studio is a working studio and there will be equipment on the floor. Please take care while in the studio.

You agree to manage your children’s behaviour while on the premises.

Boudoir

Shoots are available to women/men and couples aged 20 years and over. Clients in themselves are confirming they are over the age of 18 by booking a boudoir shoot. We my ask at any time to see proof of age for younger looking clients. We may decline a shoot if we are not satisfied, if requested, with proof of age document.

Family children and newborn shoots.

Family shoots are available to up to 10 people. If your party is bigger please let us know in advance. A child who is being photographed must be accompanied by and adult. If you are bringing along someone elses child you will need a permission slip or you will need to state you are responsible for that child. If you or your child is feeling unwell please reschedule. If you or your baby/child has any medical condition please let us know before the shoot starts. If you use any products within the premises you do not hold New Generation Portraits Ltd responsible for any adverse reaction. The studio is a working studio and there will be equipment on the floor. Please take care while in the studio. You agree to manage your children’s behaviour while on the premises.

Please be aware that the studio is on the first floor.

Vouchers must be paid for fully in advance. They are non transferable and have no cash value. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase only.

Vouchers gifted at the studio to clients by Tracey Gyllenship are valid until the expiry date.

A minimum non refundable £20 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. (Value of the deposit changes with differnt shoots). The remaining balance if any will be paid prior or on the day of the shoot. In an event of no attendance or cancellation in less than 5 days prior your booking fee will be forfeit and can not be used to re book a shoot.

If you have booked an experience with a refundable booking fee, that booking fee is refundable once you have been through the whole experience and have returned to the studio to see your finished portraits. If you do not return to the studio to see your portraits that booking fee is forfeit. If you do not like your portraits and don’t wish to purchase any the booking fee is refunded. If you wanted to purchase portraits your booking fee is used towards your order.

If you need to cancel your shoot indefinitely. Your booking fee is non refundable. If you need to reschedule your shoot, please give us as much time as possible to book you in. A minimum of 5 working days (unless otherwise agreed) your booking fee is forfeit. In the event of sickness, we will try our best to fill your appointment or make alternative arrangements to save loss of booking fees where possible. Makeup artists and hairdressers are independant of New Generation Portraits ltd. They may contact you for a deposit for their services if booked. Please see their terms and conditions. New Generation Portraits Ltd is not to be held responsible for any other independant company / sole trader working on the premises.

A certain amount of time is allocated for each shoot. Shoots can not be down graded after a date and shoot time have been booked.

If you book a stylist you are not permitted to cancel her services at a later date. Stylists may contact you independantly for a deposit to secure their booking. Any payment /deposit arrangement are between you and the makeup artist/ hairdresser, not New Generation Portraits Ltd.

Shoot guests if required are no more than one person aged 18 or over. We would rather it was a closed set for boudoir as not to make the client or herself uncomfortable. One pair of eyes is often enough. Guests are welcome to wait in the reception.

A choice of set/s with your package. Set choices need to be submitted 2 days prior to your shoot. If you dont choose a set. We will choose the set/ sets for you which will not be changeable on the day. We reserve the right to change sets without notice.

You agree to return to the studio for your viewing/ordering session roughly 1-2 weeks after your shoot. You understand that there is no facility for an on line gallery.

Our image pricing includes initial retouching. Any further retouching will be at an extra charge. Further retouching will be agreed prior to any work being carried out. All retouching will be agreed satisfactory with the client once applied. All conformation by the client is final.

Items if needing to be shipped with be posted recorded delivery/ signed for. A signature will be required. We can not be held responsible for late deliveries and subsequent loss or damage due to shipping problems out of our control. Due to Covid 19 we will try and hand deliver if requested and local.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your product due to damage or defective upon arrival at the given address. You are entitled to return your products, which must be received by New Generation Portraits Ltd with in 7 days of you receiving them for exchange (excluding digital imaging). Please notify us by phone or email and return to below address via recorded delivery or in person. You must provide proof of postage. If faulty we will replace your product as soon as possible. If you return a product that is not faulty we will reserve the right not to return the product to you.

The client will receive a print license with their usb on request if needed.

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by us /the client or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

New Generation Portraits Ltd

Covid-19 policy. This policy my change at any time in response to the government guide lines.

1. Time between sessions

Appointments will be staggered to enable a clean of all surfaces and props to take place and to ensure there is no contact between customers arriving and leaving the premises.

2. Self monitoring

All photographers / staff and customers will be required to monitor their health before coming into the studio.

3. Hand washing

All photographers and staff will be required to thoroughly wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before all sessions. Appropriate sanitising hand gels will be made available and customers requested to use these upon arrival at the studio. They can be found at the entrance to the studio wall mounted, inside the studio by the door.

We operate an appointment only booking system to ensure no contact between customers and minimise risk.

4. Personal preparation

If a family or children’s shoot please bring a drink for the children and snacks.

If bringing a baby please bring with you your own changing mat and supplies.

5. Payment

Contactless payment is preferred either a bank transfer or paypal. We do have a card terminal so you can pay vier card too.

6. Reschedule refund

We will be adhering to the government guide lines and if we feel it would be safer/ more appropriate to move your shoot to a later date we will do so. A refund will be made if you the client is not happy with the reschedule.
